Redesign for Wix Chat

The redesign of Wix Chat was driven by a need to modernize its look and feel, enhance performance for future development, and provide users with greater customization options. Through a tech facelift and improved design, we aim to offer a more up-to-date, efficient, and customizable chat experience, aligning with evolving user expectations and empowering website owners to engage with their visitors effectively.

Our Starting Point

Our journey began with thorough research, including analysis of competitors, user feedback through calls and support tickets, and examination of Fullstory sessions to understand the customer experience. furthermore, we closely monitored usability BI events of features to ensure our approach was based on by comprehensive data insights.

We add a Pre-Chat Form that help users to collect contact info, user define the settings on the Business Manager area when he can see how the settings affect the chat in live.
